Jan is a seasoned lawyer with more than 35 years of legal experience, including service as a trial attorney at the US Department of Justice, General Counsel of Piper Aircraft and Senior Counsel with Airbus Americas. Her extensive commercial and transactional experience includes negotiation of transnational multibillion dollar agreements while her business acumen was developed at private manufacturing companies in which she was a principal and at which she was Chief Operating Officer as well General Counsel.
